Front of House Saturdays

Looking for all-rounders who can be an extra pair of hands on a Saturday. Reception duties, simple filing, supervising gallery spaces, assisting setting up spaces for external hires. 

Admin 

Do you enjoy organising and filing? TAC is on the lookout for someone who can assist in the organisation of our archives and to help us compile documentation on 25 years of the building. 

Gallery Guides/Greeters/Launch Volunteers 

TAC has a regular changeover of art in our Galleries. Volunteer Guides and Greeters are needed to help provide hospitality for the openings and launches (which generally take place in the evening). 

Event Volunteers 

We have theatre, dance and musical shows at the centre throughout the year. Twice a year we also have large dance shows at Erindale Theatre. We are looking for volunteers as ushers, box office and event crew for all of these events on an event by event basis. 

General Duties / Handyman 

Do you like to garden, have handyman skills, experience in WH&S? These are often areas where we need a hand.   

How to volunteer 

Volunteers need to have a Working with Vulnerable People card (it’s free for volunteers and applied for via Access Canberra) and complete a Volunteer Registration form.
