Young people from Charles Weston School
Thursdays, 3.00pm – 4.15pm
The Messengers program is free for eligible participants.
Crafternoon is a pilot partnership between Messengers and Charles Weston School. The program is aimed at young people aged 9 – 13 who are experiencing early signs of mental health or other issues.
Co-facilitated by visual artists and youth workers, this arts-based group will encourage young people to express themselves via a range of practices including painting, drawing, sculpting and more. Messengers programs are specifically designed to improve social and psychological wellbeing through targeted participation in the arts.
