Relax by Lake Tuggeranong to the sounds of The Wayne Kelly Trio.  

Join us after work, for a glass of wine and an evening of cruisey vibes, when some of Canberra’s most renowned jazz artists bring a sense of familiarity and world-class musicianship to the lawns of the Tuggeranong Arts Center.

The trio’s treatment of well-known songs like Walking on the Moon by the Police, Strawberry Fields Forever by The Beatles, Crazy by Willie Nelson, and a stack of originals and jazz classics will appeal to the most sophisticated jazz aficionado and everyday lovers of good music – like you and me.

This spicey trio features the effervescent and extraordinary electric bass player Jason Varlet along with Mark Sutton laying the grooves down on drums and Wayne Kelly on piano and vocals.

Expect a lakefront summer evening of good fun, groovey tunes and a touch of improvisation that will take you to a place beyond the mundane. You’ll be surprised, challenged, invigorated, stimulated and all together inspired !
