Join artist Kamahi Djordon King for a free latext painting workshop on 6 June at the Hughes Community Centre.
King’s workshop will take participants through his unique painting practice, which utilises latex and acrylic paint to create vibrant and distinctive works on canvas.
The workshop uses non-toxic and easily accessible materials and will provide participants with techniques and skills they can continue to explore after the workshop.
The workshop is free and open to all members of the community and suited to emerging and established artists.

Artist Bio: Kamahi Djordan King
Kamahi Djordon King is a Gurindji man who hails from Katherine in the Northern Territory. King is a multi-talented artist, with a creative practice which includes acting, singing and visual art. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts from the Aboriginal Centre for Performing Arts and a Masters degree at RMIT.
