About Edward Neeman

Australian-American pianist Edward Neeman has performed across five continents appearing as soloist with the Prague Philharmonic, Sydney Symphony, Melbourne Symphony, Kentucky Symphony, Symphony of Northwest Arkansas, and the American West Symphony among others. His debut album, Rachmaninoff & Sitsky, was released to critical acclaim in 2016. Currently a piano lecturer at ANU School of Music, Edward Neeman holds a Doctorate from the Juilliard School, as well as degrees from the Australian National University (ANU), the Manhattan School of Music, and the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati.

Alice Giles AM is celebrated as one of the world’s leading solo performers on the harp. Alice has performed extensively as a soloist world-wide and is the First Prize winner of the 8th Israel International
Harp Contest. She is the first soloist in the inaugural Saturday Salon series, where focus is placed on one musical instrument. Explore the concert harp and its beautiful and varied palette of tone colours when Alice performs a rich repertoire spanning several centuries.

About Alice Giles

Alice Giles AM is celebrated as one of the world’s leading harpists. First Prize winner of the 8th Israel International Harp Contest, she has performed extensively as soloist world-wide. Regarded by Luciano Berio as the foremost interpreter of his Sequenza II, solo recitals include London Wigmore Hall, New York 92nd Street ‘Y’ and Merkin Hall, Frankfurt Alte Oper, and Mawson Station, Antarctica.
