Join local artist Leonie Andrews, at A Bite to Eat at the Chifley Shops, for a FREE workshop in urban sketching on Monday 19 August from 10am – 2pm !
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Urban sketching is the art of capturing the spirit of a location, indoors or out, by sketching from direct observation. These drawings tell the stories of the places we live or visit, and of the people we know or meet.
Leonie Andrews is an active member of the growing community of Urban Sketchers working across Canberra. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to work with Leonie to develop new observational drawing skills, working with watercolour pencils and water-brushes.
Please note, participants must arrange their own transport to and from workshops.
