The Xtreme Stars is a group of young adult dancers with a disability, formed in 2015 when a group of parents decided to help young adults with disabilities realise their love of dance and movement and to provide them with the opportunity to socialise with their peers.

This love of dance has led to the group increasing in number and popularity. The group fields regular requests to perform for the public with local organisations and government departments. Attending such performances has extended their confidence and appreciation of music.

Each member of this group brings a bubbly personality to class which forms this amazing group that loves to laugh, have fun and dance together. Each week the dancers are challenged with new choreography and ways to improve their dancing abilities.

The community that the Xtreme Stars has created is a very happy, supportive, challenging and fun community. We are like a big family that just loves to dance!

The Xtreme Stars are taught by dance teachers at the Tuggeranong Arts Centre, where they have learnt to appreciate many dance genres including hip-hop and street funk.
