Studio M is a non-clinical arts-based support program for young adults aged 18 – 25 who are experiencing mental ill-health, social isolation or other issues.

Fresh Funk 55+ is a modern movement dance class for seniors
Fresh Funk offers 6 classes for the 15 to 18 year old bracket. Participants are sorted into classes on the basis of age, dance experience, and the number of students involved. Class level allocation is determined by the Fresh Funk Director on enrolment.
Dance for People with Parkinson’s is designed for adults who want to keep their body and brain active and healthy, regardless of their mobility, skill or age.
The Fresh Funk Littlies program provides a range of classes to kids from 18 months to 3 years. These classes promote learning new skills and having fun whilst moving to music.
Participants commit to 2 school terms of classes (a semester) and work towards a big end of semester show season.
