The Messengers Program’s Q&A Parenting Help video series was created to provide parents and carers some solutions to the problems they are facing during this time.
Many teenagers are struggling to adjust to life in lockdown, online schooling, and the constant change associated with an evolving pandemic. Parents are invited to submit questions about lockdowns, coping with the pandemic, adolescent mental health and more.
Sarah O’ Sullivan is a social worker and high school counsellor who has years of experience working with young people and their families. Sarah will be answering your questions via video response.
